I searched for rental jungle apartments and found that more than half of the properties in the area I was looking for were on this rent-bearing site. I think this is a paid subscription type site. But I'm skeptical because it sounds a little confusing.

Does anyone use it to rent / buy? Or rental services like that, right?

Renting or leasing can work in some situations, but most of the time the tenant loses. For anyone with bad credit, renting, living beyond their means, raising money and fixing their credit in a few years, and then taking a look is a much better option. O. Renting or renting is a frustrating decision for people who will likely live on rent and will not have to pay.

For someone with bad credit, living on rent, living less than your resources, saving money and settling your credit in a few years and then giving up is a much better option. O.
